It is no secret that Australia’s largest discount grocery chain Aldi has big expansion plans in 2016-17.
Being the 400th store to be launched meant that we were working to a specific date for store opening. At the time we were engaged to deliver this project, Aldi was also considering its Project Fresh program, the result of a recent customer experience review. We had already begun to construct some concepts that had come about as part of this review, however near the later stages of completion we were requested to change the shop front design to the new Project Fresh scope. The adaptability of the Prime Build team meant we were able to deliver these changes on time and on budget. Aldi celebrated the launch of their 400th store on 17th March 2016.
